South Africa’s post-production industry has recently achieved a major milestone as Pressure Cooker Studios handled both the Music and Sound for the upcoming Netflix film, ‘Seal Team’. Co-Founder of Pressure Cooker, James Matthes, sheds light on the behind-the-scenes work and collaboration that went into completing this big-scale animation project. He also talks about the significance of this achievement for elevating the South African post-production industry. Produced and animated by Triggerfish and directed by Greig Cameron, ‘Seal Team’ follows the story of a brave seal named Quinn who seeks revenge on the sharks after losing his best friend to a shark attack.
