Inspiration Evening activity:  Rush

Inspiration Under Pressure: Unveiling the Magic of Our Monthly Inspiration Evenings!

Once a month, one of our team members gets nominated to host an Inspiration Evening of their choice. Join us as we uncover the excitement, creativity, and camaraderie that fuel these memorable events!

This month, our spotlight is on Rudy, our incredibly talented intern composer who has a love for Afrohouse, Amapiano and saying the word “hectic” at any given moment. This month, he decided the team needed a little workout to get their bodies moving and grooving. What better way to get us off our asses than by taking us to Rush Trampoline Park for some jumping, swinging, battle beam-ing and Ninja Warrior activities?

Let’s “Rush” headfirst into the evening’s activities and get stuck into it (hopefully not like Chloe Ellis’s foot getting stuck in the foam pit):

What inspired you to choose this month’s activity for your Inspiration Evening?

Following the previous Inspiration Evening, where some of us were surprised to see our BMI, I searched for a physical activity, and an ad popped up… That’s how Rush became the activity for the evening.

What was the most memorable moment from your Inspiration Evening?

The two-minute-long battle on the Battle Beam between Keith and Kaitlyn; I think they both gave it their all not to fall, but there has to be a winner in the end.

Did any unexpected surprises or highlights occur during the event?

Some of our wrists were a bit injured from jumping, which was weird.

How did your colleagues react to the activity? Any funny anecdotes to share?

I think they loved it and hated it at the same time, but most importantly, we had fun. Chloe’s foot got stuck in the Foam Pit, which took a lot of time and was hilarious.

What did you hope team members would take away from the experience?

Having fun together and making it memorable.

And that wraps up Rudy’s wild ride at Rush Trampoline Park. From dodging foam pits to conquering the Battle Beam, we’ve definitely raised the bar for Inspiration Evenings. Who knew work could be this “hectic” and hilarious? Stay tuned for more antics and adventures as we continue to redefine team bonding, one jump at a time.
