To combine a dark and sinsister textured score with something that feels relevant to a South African small town setting.
We focused on writing a dark horror-esque score and combined this with local instruments such as accordian melodica and acoustic guitar to give it local relevance and to marry the horror feel with more specifically South African sounds.
